Adriana Cisneros was born and raised in Mexico City. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation - English, French and Italian, and a Diploma in Curatorial Studies. After college she worked at the Mexican Ministry of Agriculture where she gained experience in public affairs while leading the public relations department. She was the CEO of GMIT, one of the most prestigious medical groups in Mexico where she managed the business development department with different prestigious enterprises, such as Walmart, Bimbo, TV Azteca, and others. Over the last eighteen years, Cisneros has been dedicated to design and implement public relations, marketing strategies and business development for several companies. She also volunteered at a foundation chaired by a former president of Mexico, where she did public relations to high-profile public personalities and artists in that country.
In 2012 Adriana moved from Mexico City to San Antonio with her husband and her two daughters Maria and Karla. From 2016 to 2017 she was appointed to chair the Cultural Committee with AEM - Mexican Entrepreneur Association. Adriana Cisneros has dedicated her recent years, with great sensibility, to discovering emerging talent that work with universal symbols. She is the founder of Art Legacy dedicated to promoting and supporting the work of first-class artists from across the world. Art Legacy nourish, inspire, engage, and celebrate partnerships and collaborations between artists, businesses, cultural institutions, our community and the public. She represents artists of international stature, such as: Jorge Marín, Eduardo Rodríguez Calzado, Rodrigo Garagarza, Terry Allen Jones, Jesús Toro Martínez, Víctor Perez-Rul, Giovanna DiZurita, and Alex Marín “Otto”, among others.
Cisneros constantly promotes not only the artists that she represents but she also works in building closer ties with other cultural institutions such as The Opera, The San Antonio Ballet, The Symphonic Orchestra of San Antonio, The Classical Music Institute, and The Southwest School of Art.
Since 2016 she has organized and curated solo and collective exhibitions in institutions and companies such as: The Botanical Garden of San Antonio, San Antonio Credit Human, Maestro Entrepreneur and the San Antonio Internacional Airport.
She has served in different boards, and currently she chairs the Arts and Culture committee with the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
